Theater is for everybody. By coming together to play with various theater games and improvisational forms, we can build community, grow as individuals, and begin to imagine new ways of working together to creatively solve some of the most pressing issues of our time. In this playful, safe, and exciting workshop, participants will learn new skills, make connections with others, and experience the joy of self-expression.
The summer session will serve as an introduction to Theater for Community and Transformation, and people with all levels of experience are welcome. This is a workshop for EVERYONE: people who are afraid of public speaking and want to build confidence, for experienced artists who want their work to engage more deeply with the wider community, for activists and organizers who are looking for new tools to help them as they work for change, and for folks who are just plain curious. Come join us!
