Feature length Sports Drama about a female fighter and her battles with her opponents inside the ring, as well as her battles with her inner demons outside of it.

Mandinga "The Manhandler" Mason has had a rough life. Having come up on the mean streets of Red Hook, Brooklyn, she was taken in by "Old Man" Willis, a local trainer who uses his gym as a refuge for the local youth from the chaos of the streets. He soon sees that she has the potential to go much further in life with her fighting skills. he decides that he wants to take her pro...but, will he have the time to both train and manage her career?

Enter Yusef Johns, a one-time protege of Mr. Willis'. He seeks out Yusef's help, and gets him to enlist as her trainer. Now having someone by his side that he trusts to train Mandinga, Mr. Willis forges ahead with planning out Mandinga's fighting career.

But all is not great in the Manhandler camp. Mandinga and Yusef continue to butt heads. Will Mandinga be able to channel her anger, and become that dominant fighter she has the potential to be? Will she let her inner demons drive her to the brink of destruction? Will Yusef be able to overcome his own personal demons, and be able to guide her to boxing stardom?

Mandinga Mason: Black Female, early/mid twenties.
Yusef Johns: Black Male, late twenties.
Mr. Willis: Black Male, late sixties/early seventies.
