Make Money Renting Your Home During the Inauguration

Since artists are business people in between gigs consider this... As a realtor, I have been fielding calls on space rental during the inauguration. Being a DC / Metro - based resident (whether you rent or own) you are in a unique position. Currently, there are estimates of over 2 million people who are planning to attend the inauguration. Hotels are booked. Where are they going to stay? Why not at your place...for six or seven hundred a night? Makes you go..."Hmmmm?"
